If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you promptly and offer alternative options or a full refund.

Product Claims: Our products are designed and formulated to the highest standards. However, individual results may vary based on skin type, usage, and other factors. We recommend conducting a patch test before full application, especially for those with sensitive skin.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

Currency: All prices on our website are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) or Sales and Service Tax (SST) where applicable.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Prices are valid only at the time of purchase. If there is a price difference between the time you add an item to your cart and the time you complete your purchase, we will notify you of the change and give you the option to proceed or cancel your order.

Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, online banking, e-wallets, and other payment solutions available in Malaysia. Payment must be received and verified before your order is processed and shipped.

Payment Security: All payment transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge your account for the purchase amount.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Areas: We currently deliver to addresses within Peninsular Malaysia. Delivery to East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak) may be available upon request with additional shipping charges. Please contact us for a quote.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location and the weight of your order. Shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase. Free shipping may be available for orders exceeding a specified amount (as advertised on our website).

Delivery Timeframe: Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days from the date your order is confirmed and processed. During peak seasons or public holidays, delivery may take longer. We will provide you with a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment.

Delivery Address: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information provided by you.

Risk of Loss: Once your package is handed over to the courier, the risk of loss or damage passes to you. We recommend that you inspect your package upon receipt and report any damage or missing items within 48 hours.

Delivery Delays: While we strive to deliver on time, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic, courier delays, or public holidays.

6. Returns and Refunds Policy

Return Period: You may return unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price (excluding shipping costs). Products must be in their original packaging and condition.

Opened or Used Products: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or damaged products. However, if you receive a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as customised or personalised products, may not be eligible for return. These will be clearly marked on the product page.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of BIOME Home & Personal or our content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
